Return & Refund Policy

At BigKisan, we strive to provide the best quality Vegetable Seeds, Flower Seeds, Seed Bundles, Agro Tools, and Grow Bags. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of seeds, opened or partially used seed packets are non-returnable for safety and quality reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used seeds.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
  • Discounted or clearance items marked “non-returnable.”

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of replacement requests, a new product will be shipped after approval.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), BigKisan will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons (customer change of mind, incorrect details, etc.), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images (if the product is damaged/defective)

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
