- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹1,499 (set your limit).
- A standard shipping fee of ₹85–₹110 may apply on orders below the free shipping threshold, depending on weight and location.
4. Serviceable Locations
- We currently deliver across India through reliable courier partners.
- Some remote areas may have limited service; in such cases, our team will contact you for alternative solutions.
5. Packaging & Handling
- Seeds and tools are carefully packed to ensure safety during transit.
- Eco-friendly packaging is used wherever possible.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery
- If your package is delayed, please track it with the courier service using the tracking ID provided.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
